Timothy Harris.
Tim began investing in real estate in 2014. After serving in the military, working in corporate America, and even serving in overseas mission work, his varied background is an asset in the real estate genre. With a degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Intercultural Studies, he uses his education and life experience to connect with each of his clients. This ability to connect on a personal level and a fierce drive to succeed has propelled him to a high level of success in the industry. With more than 100 closings in his first 2 years, he shattered records in his office and continues to win awards.
He is currently listed in the top 15% of all agents nationwide.
But numbers are only one aspect...
Tim has never received less than a 5-star review. He is committed to serving the customer and putting your needs ahead of his own. In just this year, Tim has found himself cleaning, moving furniture, planting trees/bushes, painting, doing plumbing repairs, delivering paperwork, hosting showings, and even sending his clients to the zoo during showings.
In the end, Tim finds a way to get to the closing table.
In addition, Tim is a mentor, trainer, and leader in the industry.
More than 30 other individuals have been directly trained and impacted by his desire to help others succeed… and not just within his own brokerage.
Tim hosts weekly training sessions, both in-person and online, for newer agents or those seeking to learn and grow.
Finally, his personal portfolio of investments continues to grow with
2 new acquisitions this year alone.
Managing and growing his rental business is a challenge that he enjoys.
When he is not closing, or serving clients, he loves fishing, camping, golfing, and cheering on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
